Your power is your capacity

Food for Thought.
Do the people we surround ourselves with recognize our power — and when they do, do they try to shrink it… or help us grow it?
I recently learned a different perspective: that power is capacity — what you are able to hold, handle, endure, and build without breaking.
Emotional capacity
- How much you can feel without collapsing.
- How much disappointment you can survive without becoming bitter.
- How much you can forgive without losing yourself.
Steady hearts are powerful.
Mental capacity
- How much pressure you can think through.
- How calmly you respond when things don’t go your way.
Clarity under pressure is power.
Spiritual capacity
- How much uncertainty you can carry while still believing.
- How much growth you can embrace.
- How much responsibility you can be trusted with.
Expansion requires capacity.
Practical life capacity
- How much responsibility you can manage.
- How consistent you remain.
- How disciplined you are when no one is watching.
Stamina is power.
Power is what you can carry and still remain whole.
