  • Something is starting to take shape at Bizora — and it’s happening fast.

By tomorrow, more than 50 verified businesses, brands and organisations will already be listed on the new Bizora platform.

And this is only the beginning.

Every day, new profiles are being added, new categories are filling up, and Bizora is steadily becoming what we set out to build: a curated South African business directory where people can discover real businesses in a cleaner, more trusted environment.

We’re not interested in simply filling a website with thousands of random listings.

We want to build something useful.

A place where quality businesses can be found.
Where verified entities can stand out.
Where local companies, growing brands, service providers and innovative platforms can gain another meaningful point of visibility online.

With the powerful partnership between Bizora and Mysatech, verified Mysatech clients and partners are now being progressively onboarded and showcased across the directory — and the number is growing almost daily.

    50+ verified entities by tomorrow.

    Then 100.

Then hundreds more across South Africa.

The website you’re seeing today is only the foundation of what Bizora is becoming.

    We’re building. We’re listing. We’re growing.

And South Africa is only starting to see it.

  • Bizora is entering a completely new chapter — and the difference is already starting to show.

The new website is taking shape, the new look is live, and behind the scenes we are already busy onboarding a growing number of verified businesses into the Bizora directory.

But Bizora is being built to become far more than another place where anyone can simply add a business name and disappear into thousands of listings.

This is about building a curated business discovery environment where people can find real businesses, professional services and trusted providers more easily — with stronger profiles, better categorisation and a much cleaner way to discover who is available in their area.

A major part of this next chapter is our growing partnership with Mysatech.

Through this partnership, Mysatech's verified clients and business partners are officially being onboarded and featured across Bizora. That means businesses already working within the Mysatech network are gaining another valuable point of visibility and discovery as the two platforms continue to grow together.

And the listings you see going up now are only the beginning.

We are building out new categories, expanding location-based discovery, improving the way businesses are presented and preparing Bizora to accommodate businesses across virtually every major industry in South Africa.

    A new Bizora.
    A stronger network.
    More trusted businesses to discover.

If your business is already a verified Mysatech client or partner, keep an eye out — your place inside the new Bizora network may be coming sooner than you think.

Bizora - Get Listed. Get Found, Get Chosen.

  • Search is changing. And so are we.

Searcha was never created to become just another search engine.

Our purpose is built into the words beneath our name:

    DISCOVER WHAT MATTERS.

The online world has become crowded. Thousands of businesses, websites, social pages and advertisements are competing for attention every second.

    Searcha is being developed differently.

We are creating a curated search and discovery environment where businesses, information and trusted digital content can become part of something far more connected than an ordinary list of search results.

And this is only the beginning.

Behind the scenes, something much bigger is starting to take shape as the growing partnership between Searcha, Trustoria and Mysatech continues to develop.

    Different platforms.
    Different strengths.
    One increasingly connected digital ecosystem.

We are not ready to reveal everything just yet — but businesses should pay attention to what is coming.

Because if your business is not represented inside these new curated environments, you are doing more than simply disappearing into the crowded online marketplace.

You could be standing still while digital discovery moves forward.

Searcha is changing the way businesses can be discovered.

    Trustoria is evolving.

Mysatech is expanding what its clients can access.

And soon, you will begin to see how those pieces connect.

    Searcha — Discover What Matters.

    Something bigger is coming.

  • Technology never stands still.

The way people search, connect, discover businesses and consume information online is changing constantly — and as the internet evolves, so must the platforms people rely on.

At MySA, our responsibility goes far beyond simply operating a South African social network.

Our team is actively working to improve the quality of what people see, remove fake or misleading content when it is identified and reported, strengthen the relevance of results, and build a cleaner, more useful digital environment for South Africans.

    That means better filtering.
    Better discovery.
Better visibility for genuine people and legitimate businesses.
    Less noise.

We believe South Africa deserves an online space where real businesses, real communities and real people have a better chance of being found.

That is also why MySA is officially partnered with Mysatech — a fast-growing South African technology and marketing company that is building an increasingly connected digital ecosystem around business discovery, visibility, content and online growth.

The internet is becoming more crowded every day.

Thousands of businesses are competing for attention. Social media feeds are overloaded. Search results are becoming more competitive. Simply having a Facebook page or website is no longer enough to guarantee that people will find you.

The businesses that understand this early will have an advantage.

Those who become part of connected platforms, build their digital presence properly and position themselves where people are already searching and discovering will be far better prepared for what comes next.

That is what the MySA and Mysatech partnership is working towards.

    Not another marketing gimmick.

A growing South African digital ecosystem designed to help genuine businesses become easier to discover, easier to trust and harder to overlook.

To the businesses already working with Mysatech and becoming part of this journey — you are helping build something that is only getting started.

And to those still watching from the outside, the opportunity is there.

Because the future of online visibility is not going to become quieter.

It is going to become more competitive.

Our job at MySA is to keep improving the environment.

Mysatech's job is to help businesses make sure they are ready to be seen in it.

The next chapter of South Africa's digital landscape is already being built.

  • Something important is getting ready to happen at Verified Directory.

Over the coming period, we will begin onboarding verified companies from across the Mysatech client network and giving them a place inside a directory built around something we believe matters more than simply having thousands of names on a screen:

    TRUST.

We are not interested in racing to create the biggest directory in South Africa.

A directory filled with outdated contact details, businesses that no longer trade, incomplete profiles and listings nobody has properly checked does not help anyone make a better decision.

Verified Directory is taking a different approach.

Businesses are added because they have been identified, reviewed and verified. Their information is presented properly, their profiles are kept relevant, and visitors can explore companies in one environment with far more confidence about who they are looking at.

As Mysatech begins moving its verified clients onto the platform, visitors will start seeing businesses from different industries, locations and sectors appearing across Verified Directory.

And this is only the beginning.

The goal is to create a place where someone looking for a service, supplier, professional or business does not have to sift through endless questionable listings just to figure out who they can trust.

    They can discover.
    They can compare.
    They can learn more.
And most importantly, they can make a more informed decision about who they choose to contact, support or do business with.

We would rather grow Verified Directory properly than grow it quickly.

Because when trust is the foundation, every listing should mean something.

Verified Directory — real businesses, properly verified, easier to discover.

  • Research shows that nearly every fermented food studied, from dairy and soy to rice, garlic, ginseng, and even kimchi, offers measurable protection for the brain. Across 45 studies, fermented foods consistently reduced stress hormones, improved memory and learning, and shielded neurons from the processes that lead to cognitive decline. These benefits weren’t tied to any single culture or food category; they appeared repeatedly across all types, highlighting fermentation itself as the key factor.

One of the most surprising discoveries is that fermentation can completely flip the impact a food has on the brain. In one study, high tofu intake was associated with poorer memory, while tempeh, the fermented version of soy, was linked to better memory in older adults. This striking contrast shows what fermentation actually does: it creates bioactive compounds such as GABA, antioxidant peptides, and anti-inflammatory molecules that directly support neuroplasticity and help protect against oxidative stress and amyloid buildup associated with Alzheimer’s.

Fermentation turns everyday foods into powerful protectors of the brain. By lowering cortisol and preserving neurons from degeneration, these traditional foods function as natural shields for long-term cognitive health.

What makes this especially interesting is the connection between fermented foods, the gut, and the brain. Fermentation can change the chemical and microbial profile of a food, producing metabolites and other compounds that may influence the gut-brain axis. Researchers are increasingly interested in how this two-way communication system between the digestive system and brain may affect stress responses, inflammation, mood, and cognitive function.

And you don’t necessarily need to completely change your diet to start eating more fermented foods.

Yogurt can be added to breakfast. Kefir can be used in smoothies. Kimchi or sauerkraut can be served alongside a meal. Tempeh can replace other protein sources in certain dishes. The point isn’t that one fermented food is a magic solution. It’s that regularly including a variety of fermented foods may be one simple way to add potentially beneficial compounds to an already balanced diet.

There’s also an important distinction people often miss: not every fermented product contains live microorganisms by the time you eat it. Processing methods such as heating or pasteurization can reduce or eliminate live cultures. But that doesn’t necessarily make the food nutritionally worthless, because fermentation can also create compounds and alter nutrients before those processing steps occur.

And none of this means fermented foods can prevent or treat Alzheimer’s disease on their own. Brain health is influenced by many factors, including overall diet, physical activity, sleep, cardiovascular health, genetics, and age. The research is compelling because fermented foods may represent another piece of that much larger puzzle.

For something humans have been doing to food for thousands of years, fermentation is turning out to be remarkably interesting from a modern neuroscience perspective.

Here’s the question: What fermented food do you eat most often?

Yogurt? Kimchi? Kefir? Tempeh? Sauerkraut? Something else?

Drop yours in the comments, I’m curious which one is most common.

And save this post for the next time you’re thinking about what to eat for long-term brain health.

Then send this to the person you know who eats yogurt, kimchi, kefir, or sauerkraut all the time. They might have another reason to keep eating it.

One final question: If you could only keep ONE fermented food in your diet for the rest of your life, which one are you choosing?
