WILDLIFE RETURNS AS LONEHILL RESIDENTS HELP BRING THEIR DAM BACK TO LIFE! Herons are returning to Lonehill Dam. Along its banks, sightings of terrapins, mongooses and crabs are adding to the encouraging signs of recovery at this Johannesburg green space. What makes this story special is the community effort behind it. Through a rehabilitation project involving the Lonehill Residents Association, Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo, local businesses, researchers and water specialists, the dam is beginning to show remarkable improvements. Clearer water. The disappearance of unpleasant odours. Five months without aquatic weeds. And wildlife returning to its surroundings. But this story is about more than restoring a dam. It's about residents coming together, sharing responsibility and helping bring new life to a place that means something to their community. At Lonehill Dam, the hopeful part of the story is already taking shape: life is returning, and a community has helped make room for it. READ THE FULL STORY Discover how local commitment, scientific expertise and ongoing care are helping restore one of Johannesburg's neighbourhood green spaces. 💜 Do I Need to Be Religious to Benefit From Flame Rebirth? My work through Flame Rebirth isn’t about religion, it’s about restoration. It’s about helping wives reconnect to their inner peace, self-worth, and emotional balance so they can show up stronger in marriage and in life. Yes, I anchor my teachings in biblical principles because truth and grace have shaped my journey, but every woman, no matter her faith background, deserves healing. 🌷 You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be open to rediscovering yourself again. 🔥 Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new… it’s about remembering who you’ve always been. 💭 Tell me below sisters, what kind of support or guidance do you wish more women had access to in marriage? #FlameRebirth #HealingForWives #InnerPeaceJourney #WivesWhoRise
