I want to help you get unstuck and aligned to God’s Truth through wellness and fitness. To get more in the Word of God, and get more of the Word of God into YOU.
So yes I felt like I wasn’t good enough and always compared my fitness journey to others, until one-day I started seeing myself through God’s eyes and boy is that a GAME changer!! You are called to be a Royal Priest hood but it’s your responsibility to step into that role and have that Kingdom Attitude.
