Had a meeting this morning with some young individuals and the conversation was very interesting.
The topic today was: Why would I join the My South Africa platform when I am already on other platforms like Facebook, X and even Instagram.
Before I could even give my opinion another lady having her coffee at the table behind us responded.
Its basic math when you want to determine an answer. Ask yourself what do you get out of using these other platforms?
Do they change your life or offer you something positive in the end when using them?
So after her input the conversation went to the next level between the group.
The conclusion was simple -
My South Africa will be making a difference for the local South African economy.
Making a positive change for our own communities.
Whilst all other platforms that the majority use which are internationally based and owned, only benefit their economy in full.
So it was a nice way to start the day.
