Classic Peppermint Crisp Tart Recipe
Ingredients:
.1 can (360-397g) Caramel Treat
.500 ml Heavy whipping cream, chilled
.1 packet (200g) Bakers Tennis biscuits
.2-3 crushed Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars
Instructions:
1. Whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Stir caramel treat to loosen, then fold into the whipped cream.
2. Crush Peppermint Crisp bars and fold about half to two-thirds into the cream mixture.
3. Arrange a layer of Tennis biscuits in a rectangular dish.
4. Spread half of the caramel-cream mixture over the biscuits, add another biscuit layer, then top with the remaining cream mixture.
5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Peppermint Crisp over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow biscuits to soften and flavors to combine.
6. Slice and serve cold.
