Fairmont High School’s Grade 11 Consumer Studies students were treated to a special lesson hosted by our very own CAT teacher, Mr Swanepoel. Beyond being a CAT guru, he has owned Manly Baker Boutiquery for the past 13 years. He shared his expertise in a hands-on cake decorating masterclass, giving students a taste of the art and skill behind baking. It was both captivating — and oh so sweet! 💚 #manlybaker #cake #decorating #Monties
