Recently, we had a situation where an order for a personalised storybook for a young boy slipped through our fingers, but after picking up the pieces, we received this message that deeply reminded us why what we do matters:
“No worries at all. These things happen but what's more impressive is how quickly you resolved it and for that I am truly grateful.
This little boy fought for his life after accidentally swallowing magnetic balls and spent 2 weeks in ICU so there is a lot of emotion tied to this one and I am just so grateful we could still get him his book
When you explained the issue I was so happy it didn't slip through the cracks lol. The main thing is getting his book and you made that happen so thank you for what you do!”
