Some of these call center staff do not even listen when you speak to them.

You ask them a simple question, then they place you on hold for over 20 minutes having to listen to the same music over and over again.

Then when its time for their lunch break the call get cut-off.

When you phone back the message says, please phone during office hours

Just one of those days again😡
